Help support our choir!
As Luceat begins its journey as a new and upcoming semi-professional choir, we are embarking on a number of projects to mark the choir firmly on the map. In order to help finance the young musicians at the start of their career, we are hoping to raise £15,000 to cover expenses and help subsidise our tours and recordings. A choir involves a huge amount of expense, and it is our aim that no talented musicians should be inhibited from benefiting from these experiences due to financial reasons.
Why invest in us?
A unique opportunity to invest in the future of choral music in Britain
Help support young musicians at the start of their careers
Help us offer financial assistance to young people on our tours
Bring rarely performed, beautiful choral music to a wider audience
Receive unique rewards
Luceat was founded by organists James Fellows and Rory Moules in August 2017, to sing services in cathedrals when a cathedral choir is on holiday. Since then, the choir has grown considerably in membership and standard, now incorporating some of the best choral scholars and lay clerks in the United Kingdom. We have recently recorded our first commercial CD, and hope bring our work to an ever-increasing audience. In doing so, we will place Luceat's reputation firmly on the map, as well as the musical reputation of Stratford-upon-Avon, from where it draws many of its members. Your sponsorship will help us achieve these goals, as well as improving access to the choir for young people-in the long run. We hope to be able to finance bursaries for our various tours.
